Return & Exchange Policy

We have no return policy, which means that all sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us atΒ houseofaraish@gmail.com. If yourΒ exchangeΒ is accepted, we’ll send you anΒ exchangeΒ shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting anΒ exchange will not be accepted.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE
For the goods to be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The GoodsΒ have theΒ originalΒ tags
  • The Goods contain the original tags and receipts provided during shipping
  • Goods are not used or damaged
  • Goods are not a part of any sales/ promotions
  • Goods have not already been exchanged onceΒ 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or including personalized details such as (a) Custom sizes; (b) Custom colors; (c) Custom lengths
  • Please note -Β a maximum ofΒ 1 exchange is allowed per order / gift card.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
